Application Of Project Based Learning Model To Improve Students' Cooperative Attitude

The attitude of cooperation in students is very important in supporting the learning process and social development in the school environment. This attitude reflects the ability of students to interact, respect each other, and work together in achieving learning goals effectively. This study aims to improve the attitude of cooperation of IV Elementary School students through the Project Based Learning learning model, this study is a classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. With two cycles, each cycle consists of three meetings with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of observations of teacher activities in cycle I, 69% were obtained, then in cycle II it increased to 83%, while in observations of student cooperation attitudes in cycle I it was obtained 76%, then in cycle II it increased to 96%. Based on the results of the cycle II action, the success criteria have been achieved, so the action was stopped. From the research data that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of the Project Based Learning model can improve the attitude of cooperation of IV grade students of Elementary School 205 / VII Teluk Tigo Duo, Sarolangun Regency in learning Indonesian.
