This study is titled "The Relationship Between Work Environment and Teacher Loyalty at IT Bina Insan Batang Private Junior High School Kuis." The main issue raised is the still low level of loyalty among some teachers, which is suspected to be influenced by work environment conditions that are not yet fully supportive. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the relationship between work environment and teacher loyalty. The theoretical framework used includes Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, the Evaluative Cognitive Theory, and the Social Relationship Balance Model developed in contemporary studies (2019–2025), which emphasize that physical comfort and social support in the workplace directly impact employees' emotional attachment and loyalty. The method used is quantitative correlational method with a survey approach. The sample in this study was all permanent teachers at SMP Swasta IT Bina Insan Batang Kuis, and the data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation technique. The results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between the work environment and teacher loyalty with a correlation coefficient of 0.558 and significance of 0.003. These findings indicate that the better the work environment, the higher the teachers' loyalty to the institution. Therefore, the school is advised to improve the quality of the work environment both physically (facilities, classroom comfort) and non-physically (interpersonal relationships, supportive leadership), to maintain and enhance teachers' loyalty sustainably.
